Metal of Honor
So every morning at school we talk about some words like Committment, Integrity,Citizenship,Sacrifice,Patriotism, and Courage. So what I think committmenmt means is committing to do a run for charity or a run to help raise money for something. What I think integrity means is having strength to stand up for someone. I also think courage means the same thing as integrity like having strength to stick up for someone if they are being bullied. What I think citizenship means is helping your community by picking up trash! So to me sacrifice means giving up your favorite toy because some kids do not have toys so you donate things you love to help other people. And patriotism I feel like maybe it means being nice to other people you do not know if they are sad help them because they are just like you!

I like how you used and wrote all of the meanings. That really helped me understand more of what they meaned. I think that this was really good.

ReplyDeleteGlow: i like how they share some of the things for metal of honor and they shared some things to them that means sacerfice like giving toys to kids that don't have that stuff like we do. Grow:they could have shared some more things about sacrefice. but other then that i loved it !

I think the examples were perfect but patriotism was not that good so I think they need to grow on that.

ReplyDeleteThats good to say because some kids dont have toys or food. I commint to people. I will always stick up for someone getting bullied. I sometimes sacrifice my recces like you said to pick up trash or do some tech.

Its really amazing how the words plop together, Like I said it worded together amazing it was like little strings were connecting the words together. I think of myself because im trying to write a book and Im good at writing too! Good job on how you worded it.
ReplyDeleteThis blog about the MOH is very good. It inspires people to be a good citizen and have integrity. One time after I woke up I started cleaning my bedroom without my Mom looking.
ReplyDeleteI say that the Medal of honor paragraph was a glow because it tells you that you have to show Integrity, Citizenship,Patriotism, and Courage. I also think it relates to me because when I come home I throw out the trash, I help wash the dishes, I sacrifice my toys, and I show courage by being kind to my family and friends.
